UK delivery
Standard delivery for products in our main range is £3.99 within the United Kingdom. Your order summary shows the delivery charge before payment.
International delivery
Shipping to selected destinations may be available at checkout. Charges vary by region. Customs duties, local taxes and import restrictions may apply. Please check local requirements before ordering pet food or supplements internationally.
Dispatch and delivery
Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made. If delivery is delayed beyond an agreed deadline, please contact us. You may have the right to cancel and receive a refund where the law provides.
WulfJoy remains responsible for the goods until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you have identified to receive them, subject to applicable legal exceptions such as a carrier independently arranged by you.
Once your order is placed, we prepare it for dispatch. Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates. If an order is delayed, missing or damaged, please contact us so we can help in line with your consumer rights.
